RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Final sale items cannot be returned.

Process

  1. Email us at orders@gotthething.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

For international orders: return shipping and any applicable duties are the customer’s responsibility. We do not refund original shipping fees.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your item.

  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method.

Exchanges Due to limited stock, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
